• Dicaeum pectorale ignotum (Mees, 1964)
  – Gebe I, between Halmahera and NW New Guinea. 
• Dicaeum pectorale pectorale (S. Müller, 1843)
  – West Papuan Is (Waigeo, Batanta, Salawati, Misool) and NW New Guinea (E to neck of Vogelkop).
